Getting started with FilePile

Welcome to FilePile, your AI-powered invoice sorting solution for small businesses. We are excited to have you on board and help you simplify your accounting tasks.

Setting Up Your Account

To get started, navigate to our website and click on the Sign Up button. Fill out the registration form with your business details, including your name, email address, and password. You can choose from our three plans: Free, Pro, and Business. The Free plan includes 25 invoices per month. Once you have completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your account.

First Login and Dashboard Overview

After activating your account, log in to your FilePile dashboard using your email address and password. You will see a clean interface for uploading, sorting, and managing invoices. Take a moment to explore the AI sorting queue, invoice viewer, expense charts, and Business HQ tools on paid plans.

  • Upload invoices: Drag and drop PDF files, including scanned bills.
  • AI-powered sorting: FilePile extracts vendor, amount, and due date, then files each invoice by company and month.
